Yes, very gladly. For a personal conversation at our office at Sporgasse 29 in Graz, it is best to arrange an appointment in advance. That way we make sure the right person for your matter has time for you and that your documents are prepared.

By e-mail
Write to office@pu-hv.at and describe your matter briefly. We will come back to you with a suggested time.
Through the website
You can send us your enquiry through the form on our website at any time, including outside office hours. There is a separate form for reporting defects, so that urgent cases reach the right place immediately.
When a personal appointment is worthwhile
A great deal can be settled by telephone or in writing. For some matters, though, a personal conversation is considerably more valuable: if you are thinking about changing property management company, wish to sell or let a property, or a larger refurbishment is coming up in your community of owners. Bring any documents you have, such as statements, plans or the existing management contract, and we can be specific.
A good first conversation does not answer everything, but it shows whether you are a good fit for one another.
