Which regions does Purkarthofer work in?

Our focus is on Graz and the Graz surrounding area. Beyond that we look after properties in south-east Styria. Within this area we manage residential buildings, communities of owners and commercial properties, and broker properties for sale and to let.

Why we deliberately limit our area

A property management company depends on knowing its properties and being quickly on site. That is why we only take on properties we can reach with reasonable effort. A building three hours' drive away can be managed on paper but not looked after well. For us, that honesty is part of the quality.

Graz and the Graz surrounding area

Most of the properties we manage are in the provincial capital and the surrounding municipalities, from period buildings in the city centre to housing developments and commercial premises. The short distances allow quick inspections and close supervision of trades and service providers.

South-east Styria

Outside the Graz basin we also look after selected properties in south-east Styria. Whether a property suits us is something we settle in the first conversation, openly and without beating about the bush.

A good area to cover is not one that is as large as possible, but one you really have a grip on.
