You will find us at Sporgasse 29 in the Schlösslhof, 8010 Graz, in the heart of the old town. Sporgasse is one of the oldest lanes in the city and lies a few minutes' walk from the Hauptplatz. The Schlösslhof is a courtyard with a history; our office there is easy to reach and yet quiet.

We are there in person at the office for owners, tenants and prospective clients by appointment. For larger matters in particular, such as a change of management company or a planned sale, nothing replaces a personal conversation.

Why the old town location is no accident

Sporgasse is pedestrianised and can be reached from the Hauptplatz in a few minutes.
