The owners' meeting is the central place where a community of owners decides together. It usually takes place once a year and follows a fixed sequence: invitation, agenda, discussion, resolutions and minutes. A clear sequence makes sure all owners are involved and that decisions come about cleanly.

The manager sends the invitation within the deadline and sets the agenda. That way every owner knows in advance what will be discussed and decided.
Discussion and resolutions

Minutes
All outcomes are recorded in minutes and made available to the owners. That creates traceability and legal certainty.

How often a meeting takes place
As a rule there is one ordinary owners' meeting a year. For urgent matters an extraordinary meeting can also be called. What matters is that enough time remains between invitation and date so that everyone can prepare. Anyone who first hears about the topics on the evening itself cannot take part in decisions on a sound basis. We plan the meeting so that documents are available in good time and the agenda is clear. That makes the meeting efficient and nobody feels passed over. Particularly with larger communities, this preparation makes the difference between a laborious and a productive evening.
