What does a building supervisor actually do all day? From technical checks and tenant support through to organising repairs – we spend a day with one of our colleagues.
Among other things, a building supervisor takes care of:
- Regular inspections to check installations and cleanliness.
- Communication with tenants about questions, requests or complaints.
- Coordinating trades and service providers for repairs.
Beyond that, monitoring the house rules and documenting all matters is part of the daily routine. No two days are the same: one day it is a lift service, the next a personal consultation for a tenant.
